Thank you for your interest in Findings Vintage Flea Market. We are so excited to host this amazing event in South Tempe! We are looking for exceptionally creative vendors with innovative, unique and must have products. Looking for retro, indie, antique, industrial, vintage, old, steampunk, handmade, tatty, romantic and all kinds of shabby, chippy, elegant, painted, european, decor, accessories and as-is furniture. Vendors will be carefully considered to maximize profit potential and encourage abundant “Finds” for customers.
Space availability is limited. Prices are FLAT RATE and include both days, vendor ads/links featured on our blog and on site security for Friday night. Security is provided because this is an outside event and we wanted to provide vendors the option to avoid a double set up/break down. Flat rate means you pay for the space only and keep everything you earn.
6′ table = $50 (vendor must supply own table. Tables are set up as a shared canopy space – so two tables will share the equivalent of one 10×10 canopy space)
10×10 = $75
20×20=$200 (1 space available)
Payment Options: You may pay upfront or divide payments in two. A non-refundable deposit of $50 will guarantee your space. Deposit is due no later than Jan 25, 2013 . The balance will be due on February 15, 2013. Once your application is approved we will send you an invoice with payment information.
All vendors are required to secure a Tempe City Tax License. It is easy breezy to obtain, costs $25 and takes approximately two weeks to process. There is some confusion on the Tempe.gov site because there are many additional fees added. HOWEVER, we have verified with the city several times that those fees are waived for temporary vendors.
